Please enter your South African ID and phone number used when you submitted your SRD Grant application.

Step 3: Completing the OTP verification process

Click on ” Send pin“. Your registered mobile phone will receive a verification OTP code. You will need to enter the OTP code on your website. You will be directed to the portal after providing the code correctly and verifying it.

Step 4: Select Reconsideration Month and Navigate To the Page

Navigate to the Request for Reconsideration. You must choose the appropriate month on the page for the application for reconsideration. Choose the month you want to apply for.

Step 5: Explain the reason and provide supporting documents
